Custom fit Guarantee

We endevour to provide a correct fit everytime with our custom garments but occasionally without a final fitting, things may need a minor alteration. We `have a ‘fit Guarantee’ so if your Jacket doesn’t fit how you wished contact us A.S.A.P. All customer care circumstances are different, for example if something simple like the sleeves are too long we might get you to take the item to your local altertions center or a seamstress and if you send through an image of the receipt we will refund you the cost. However most of the time we will get you to post us the jacket back at our expense and fix the issue or remake the garment.

If your items are faulty:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us via our email, facebook or contact form. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
