Free Shipping for all orders over $150 Australia wide

Delivery

We deliver both Australia-wide and internationally. Every order is dispatched via either Aus Post Express or Parcel Post and we aim to get every order to you as quickly as possible. We offer free Parcel Post delivery for orders over $150 throughout Australia. Sometimes we make an item specifically to your needs, this may mean your order takes slightly longer to get to you as we need to allow production time. All our items are tracked so you’ll always know when it’s on the way (bar technical gremlins).

Our custom made cross-country bibs are made and sent directly from the manufacturer so unfortunately these are not included in the free shipping over $150. Delivery costs are noted under International Delivery below.

Australian Express / Parcel Post Delivery

For Australian deliveries, all orders under $150 will incur a $10 shipping fee and your order will be sent out via Australia Post in most instances. For all orders over $150, delivery will be FREE.

Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen on the same or next business day), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, it will either be left in a safe location or you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up you parcel.

International Delivery

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Countries where customs or import duties are liable will be indicated at checkout along with the value limit at which duty is payable. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
